Lunala ex wins by using Psychic Connect to instantly transfer all Psychic Energy from a Benched Pokemon to its Active Pokémon, then firing Lunar Blast for 100 damage from a Stage 2 with 180 HP and only 1 retreat. The deck charges energy on support Pokemon in the background and moves it all forward in a single burst.
Open by searching Cosmog with Poke Ball and loading Psychic Energy onto Bench Pokemon like Mismagius during the setup turns. Once Lunala ex evolves via Rare Candy, Psychic Connect lets you dump all that stored energy onto it in one go, enabling Lunar Blast on the turn it arrives Active. Mid-game you use Fantina for Mismagius support and Copycat to maintain hand size. In the finishing turns Lunala ex attacks repeatedly at low retreat cost, and Snorlax ex can block a key opposing attacker while you close out points.
