Heal 30 damage from each of your Pokémon.
Mega Audino ex wins by outlasting the opponent through repeated 30-HP heals on every Pokemon whenever Heartfelt Shine fires, making each 2-point KO extremely difficult to achieve. Brambleghast applies passive spread pressure while Mega Audino ex soaks hits and resets HP totals.
Open with Mega Audino ex in the active spot — as a Basic it is immediately available — and use Poké Ball to secure Bramblin for the bench. Professor's Research and Copycat build toward the Brambleghast evolution while you attach Energy to Mega Audino ex. Mid-game, Heartfelt Shine at three Colorless Energy hits for 90 and heals 30 from every ally, erasing chip damage and demanding that your opponent deal 180 HP worth of net damage. Brambleghast provides supplemental pressure, and Starting Plains or Area Zero adjusts the stadium for tactical advantage. Pokémon Center Lady and Giant Cape add a second healing layer for the final turns.

Heartfelt Shine base 90 dmg + heal 30 from each ally
Net HP recovery each turn extends Mega Audino ex's effective durability well beyond 180 HP
Chain Heartfelt Shine every turn to heal 30 from all your Pokemon, keeping Mega Audino ex above KO thresholds. Layer Giant Cape for extra HP buffer and Pokémon Center Lady for burst healing in the same turn. Your goal is to force the opponent to deal 180+ net damage before they can claim the game-ending 3-point KO.
Evolve Bramblin into Brambleghast on the bench as a secondary attacker. Brambleghast contributes damage output or serves as an active pivot while Mega Audino ex heals. Ilima helps draw into Brambleghast after Bramblin is benched via Poké Ball. Starting Plains shifts stadium control to your favor, and Cyrus redirects damage in tight exchanges.
Healing only matters if you cannot one-shot Mega Audino ex. High-burst attackers that deal 180+ damage in a single hit bypass Heartfelt Shine's healing window entirely. Hitting for enough to KO in one shot is the most reliable way to claim those 3 points before the healing engine can activate.
Cyrus forces Mega Audino ex to target a different Pokemon rather than attack freely. If Mega Audino ex is redirected to a bench Pokemon it cannot one-shot, you deny its attack turn while potentially keeping your own attackers healthy. This buys time to set up a burst attacker or deny Energy attachment.
Tournament data confirms both Annihilape and Zygarde ex hold a 75% win rate against this archetype. These Pokemon exploit Mega Audino ex's type or damage output profile. Running either counters the healing strategy by threatening KOs before healing can counteract the damage accumulation.
